HelpTriage provides on-demand IT support for households and small businesses, including computer repair, network setup, printer/scanner support, smart TV setup, cabling, and other managed IT services.
Service availability may vary based on location and technician scheduling.
• All bookings are made through our secure online portal and managed by Stripe.
• Pre-authorization or payment may be required before a technician visit.
• Prices shown include service charges and applicable taxes (HST).
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 3 hours before the appointment to avoid a service charge.
Our technicians strive to deliver the best possible IT support. If an issue is not resolved during the visit, we will provide guidance or follow-up options where applicable.
Please note that HelpTriage is not responsible for data loss, hardware failure, or third-party software issues outside our control.
HelpTriage shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before service appointments.
We value your privacy. Any personal or technical information collected during service is used solely for troubleshooting and improving customer experience.
We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.
HelpTriage reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
